About
Greenwired is a renewable energy company offering sales, installation, upgrade and repair of renewable energy systems. Founded in 2004 Greenwired has grown into the role of Humboldt county’s premier solar and renewable energy store. Greenwired offers sales and design consultation for the “do-it-yourself-er” and contractor/ installers alike.
The trio of installers and managing partners:
Daniel Tittmann, Founder of Greenwriwed, Daniel grew up off the grid in hills of Humboldt County. Since then Daniel has been studying, living and working with solar electricity, solar hot water, micro hydro, and wind power, to name a few. Licensed Bonded and Insured since 2006.
Noah Battles a life long Humboldt County resident who has worked in the renewable energy sales market since 2006, gaining a mastery of product application and system design while working for Appropriate Power as regional manager.
Matty Tittmann: Another life long Humboldt County resident. Matty honed his skills in the trades working first as a site manager for Arco Iris Woodworking then on his own as the owner / operator of a landscape design / build firm in southern Humboldt. In 2007 Matty worked as a lead installer with Greenwired, completing his skill set as a solar installer.
The Office/ Tech/ Sales staff:
Genevieve McKee: Started her career in renewable energy at AEE solar in 2004 moving from secretary up through sales support. In 2007 Genevieve began working for Appropriate Power as store manager. Since then she has become office manager for Greenwired in the spring of 2010. Genevieve is a key component to Greenwired and we are happy to have her with us.
Charlie Wilson: A Humboldt county legend in the off grid community. Part of the renewable energy movement in the off grid community from its founding Charlie was there when AEE solar opened its doors in 1980. There are few people in the world who have as much experience in the renewable energy field as Charlie. Charlie is our tech guru and repair man. If its electrical and it can be fixed he can do it. We are proud to have charlie as part of our Greenwired team.
Andrew Perkins: An up and coming local star in the off grid renewable energy field. Starting his career in 2008 at AEE solar Andrew has been developing his mastery of the industry. From Project Design and Sales through Purchasing and Delivery, Andrew is puts a face to the service offered at Greenwired.
